I sent several and finally all he said was to ship it back. I finally sent it just to get our refund.

Buyer beware, this only fits the older KJet but not the newer KE Jet. Tried resolving it with this vendor and he claims ignorance and not to understand what the issue is. Avoid this vendor if you can.
