What was delivered was actually a TMI NH35 (Time Module Inc), based on the stamp on the rotor. They’re both Seiko companies but an SII NH35 is more likely to have been produced in Japan whereas TMI are likely produced in China or Malaysia. Other than that, it’s a typical NH35 movement.

It has been a week + now since I placed this order and have not received any shipping info as of yet, even though the date stated I would receive this item has passed by some 3 days now. I will wait the allotted time and hope this vendor will ship, or at least communicate with me. Perhaps there is an issue with this order I am not aware of, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.
