    Item arrived in a timely manner. The item was listed as new, but when it arrived all the hardware packages had been opened and a few parts were missing. Also, one of the back rails was scratched up. After contacting the seller, they replied quickly and sought to resolve the issue. So, working with the seller was positive as they offered a partial return or a partial refund. I don't believe the description was accurate.
