My unit didn't even need a new battery, just a fix with the circuit board-but they added another charge, and even asked me if I wanted trade in my Orascoptic unit for their knockoff battery. They know right away what the issue is because they run tests on the unit upon arrival. Turnaround time is horrendous as well-2 weeks. I had to spend $275 and I didnt even need a new battery. The turn around time on your unit was 5days as promised. The shipping is was the lengthy part. We provided you a full test video. A new unit would've cost you over $500. You paid $250 with us . . . . . . ..

After confirming that I would be sending the board they pre-ordered the components needed to expedite the repair. Once returned, the board tested out perfectly by a Miller authorized repair center. Not only was the board repaired and returned quickly, it was done over a holiday (Some thing I did not expect).
