    Streamlight Siege Coyote LED Lantern 44931

    I purchased this lantern because we recently went through a power failure and I quickly realized that my several tactical flashlights weren't much help. The flashlights aided in finding things but the beam was just to concentrated. Three days later I got my Streamlight lantern and I was amazed. This lantern lights up an entire room! I wouldn't recommend it for backpacking because of the weight. (there's a smaller version available that takes Three AA batteries for that) This one take 3 D cell batteries and has an impressive burn time. Extremely well made and very durable. I'm glad I bought it, and give it my top recommendation either for tent camping, the trailer, the boat, or the house. I've bought two more since!

    Fantastic Lantern

    This lantern is smaller than I expected and that is a very good thing. We take it camping and space is at a premium. It produces a lot of light, but the frosted plastic "globe" does a nice job of keeping the bright light from hurting our eyes. We also enjoy having the option of red light when we want a faster adjustment from light to dark. It works well and is of high quality (as expected from Streamlight).

    Best buy emergency lighting and night fishing excursions I've found. With the adjustable output the battery life lasts a long time and the red phase helps to keep the eyes more responsive at night. And the grandkids love it because it's small and lightweight. The reasonable price is a welcome bonus. . Recommended

    This product reflects the usual Streamlight standards for excellent design, overall materials quality, (especially the switches) and general user friendliness. The three intensity levels are well chosen to suit a wide range of needs. With the shade removed it can be used as an indirect or very direct source light.
