They have changed the delivery rules - so signed for items that can’t be delivered are returned to a depo that’s quite for away and only open between 8-10am weekdays - a time I can never make. I had to rely on the helpfulness of my local postman to track down the item and bring it to me. So massive demerits for parcel-force/post-office, major kudos to the actual postmen.
