On arrival, one of the units was obviously defective from manufacture while the other was fine. Contacted seller, included photos, and described the issue. Shipping envelope was perfectly intact with no damage. Seller claims it was not like that when he shipped, but photo shows what I received. Seller basically was rude, insinuating I was a liar, and refused to ship another replacement.
