The product was packed securely, but the bottles inside were loose, this could have potentially been fixed if the seller put paper inside the box to prevent the items from moving, but mainly it is bad packaging design from Chanel, luckily I only had 1 broken bottle. Product came as described and smells amazing. As for whether or not, it is good value, that is subjective.
