No box, for starters; and obviously a vintage component extracted from an install, well scratched up from use, and missing its lock washer. Arrived quite late, but USPS' fault, not seller. Positive: tests in spec (7.2kOhm/7.5 nom) as expected for a 50 year old Ohmite wirewound pot, and I can use it in my restoration project. Seller pre-empted any objection with partial refund.
