Sometimes, finding parts for old sewing machines can be hard, and the parts you find don't fit very well. This part was exactly what I was looking for and was a perfect fit. It was exactly what I needed to get an eighty year old Kenmore working again. The item was exactly as advertised, arrived quickly, and was packaged wonderfully. I had no contact with the seller, so I cannot comment on that. I would recommend this seller, one hundred percent!

  • Good for hardware and components

Solid introductory book with good illustrations. I'm just getting in to the hobby and found it helpful. I could have used some different projects - most of these are like creating alarms or making an LED flash, but I guess it's easy enough to google projects. If you're looking for a book that gives you info about arduino you should probably look elsewhere as he doesn't really go into anything like that (although there are some coding projects in the book, they use a different system). But the explanations of how passive components work are very helpful. I think if you combine this with the forest mims book you'll have a pretty good base for making some interesting projects.
