    The program arrived well packaged in a plastic envelope and with a piece of cardboard on one side of the program and a piece of card stock on the other to protect the program from being bent in the mail or in case of a tear in the envelope, which did occur, but without damage to the program. The program is in very nice condition as I hoped. Great communication with the seller, who I highly recommend.
