There was a loose washer in the plastic bag, but did not tell where to put it (on the screw to the clip or when putting the gooseneck part to the magnifyer. The post office didn't deliver it when they said it did, but a second postman finally delivered it to my mailbox. So far the lamp meets my needs and at a very good price.
