The wrist band very flexible and conforms to your wrist. Came with instructions and the red looks metallic and very pleasing. Numbers are large and easily read and I like the large red function buttons that are easy to use. Don't need 5 alarms or multiple functions just day date and 1 alarm is fine anything else is a bonus. You cant buy these models in stores only on line.
