    Bought as for parts not working but item was not as described with burnt keyboard, screws missing, key broken. Seller also only sent the item when I did an Ebay case to which I dropped as it arrived eventually absolutely 0 communication from the seller did not answer a single message of mine did not even refund had to get ebay to step in eventually to get my money back.

    Item arrived in poor condition and not as described, we tried to return the item and they accused us of damaging it ourselves. We initiated a return though eBay only for them to tell us there was a problem with the tracking and our refund denied. Horrible service and on the whole a terrible seller. AVOID.
