What I got was apparently 5 Gates gaskets mailed loose with NO tracking in a plain envelope, with no protection at all. The seller should have been honest about the brand, and taken more care in shipping them, even if he had to charge a little more for the effort. So you be the judge as to the seller's actions. The gaskets did arrive undamaged, but I consider that more luck than anything.
