      you wanted a refund without returning a brand new kit that you said was faulty without even attempting to fit. nobody would refund without getting there goods back. in the end we collected teh goods and then issued a refund. not sure what world you live in where you expect a seller to refund £900+ without having there goods back. some people have a nerve!
