The seat arrived with a 2” cut in the cover, which I’m sure happened in shipping, as there is no cut seen in the original photos. I don’t need a refund, just pointing out the importance of proper packaging for shipment, this packaging was very weak. The shipping provider is also important to avoid damaged product.
