    Although described as having “no chips or cracks,” this lamp definitely has a crack going through one of the pieces of glass. When I reached out to the seller about said crack, they said I could return the lamp (which was in very complex, great packaging but could not be replicated by a non-seller). I find it a weird practice to only offer a return instead of / in addition to a partial refund. Will keep as obviously would be hard to return & it arrive in good condition. Look carefully at photos.

    I reached out to you right away with apology I honestly did not see any crack. I said please open a return and I would be happy to give a full refund. you never mentioned a partial refund. I was taken aback with Negative feedback as it is my first. I don't know what else I could of done as a seller. Best regards
