    the down firing USB ports do not work, but it s not a deal breaker for me. I need to read documentation because HDR seems like the colors are really washed out but I found some settings that sidestep that. aside from that, the screen came with no dead pixels and the package arrived quicker than I thought it would. VRR is working perfectly and the monitor is a dream to look at once you dial in the settings correctly. i now need to update my rig so i can use the monitor properly it seems

    So far I m very happy with this monitor - at first I was sceptical about getting an open-box item, but as of now I have no problems with it after about two weeks of use. The tag says that the manufacturing date was in Sept. 2021, so the monitor was about 1 year old when I bought it. I especially like the ability to adjust the monitors height, its 1440p resolution, the 400 nits maximum brightness and the good price.

    Great buy for the money!!

    Comes with a power cord / large brick PS, usb, hdmi and dv cord. The box it came in was total crap. Just a flimsy brown box with 2 pieces of buble/Styrofoam on each end. The monitor itself looks new and the stand is top-notch. I have 2 stuck tiny pixels close to the edges(red / green) that only show up in pitch black screen. I really don't notice them without my glasses and my face 2" from the screen. The black light blead is non-existent(just a small beam at the bottom left side). I am very pleased and will definitely be keeping it. It was a lot better than I expected for a refurb.

    Good monitor for the price. Buy a better Displayport Cable.

    Acer Predator XB3 - XB273U Gsbmiiprzx This monitor is great, but I can see why it was returned. I had some trouble getting the monitor to work property with the screen blacking out for 2-3 seconds every few minutes with Variable Refresh Rate enabled when I used a Monoprice DisplayPort 1.2 cable. Then I tried the included DisplayPort cable which lost connection every ~10-20 seconds. Enabling AMD Enhanced Sync (alternate sync mode) on my RX 580 helped a little, but I was still losing the monitor connection every minute or so. I ordered a VESA certified DisplayPort 1.4 cable and the monitor now works fine with Variable Refresh Rate enabled. When setup right, the monitor looks good and functions well. Make sure you get a better cable to go with it.

    Great purchase, but ran into one issue.

    I purchased four of these and three are working great, however, I just set up the 4th monitor tonight and I’m getting vertical lines. This monitor is plugged (via display port) into the same laptop as one of the others and there is no issue with that monitor.

    Temporary Ghosting

    Works amazing except sometimes I get vertical lines which go away after a number of minutes, so I can't get it into a shop to repair through the allstate squaretrade 2 year warranty. I hope I can get the issue to stick before the end of my 2 year warranty comes into play in several months...

    Color accurate monitor full of features for a great refurbished price

    Great screen. Couldn't have asked for anything better at this price point. The HDR isn't great, but that applies to pretty much every monitor under $1,000. As it is refurbished, some of the plastic on the stand (great stand btw) is cracked, and there is some damage to the plastic on the back of the monitor. You don't notice it at all while in use though, so I am okay with it. Also, it didn't come with any documentation in the box, so be ready to pull it up from the website. The RGB strips have very limited options in the monitor settings, so if you want to use it then download the app from the Acer website.
