Pictures refect roughness of tub floor which is by design. Mat stivks to sides the flat sides of tub because they thet are flat. Going to talk with Manufacturer. Perhaps a larger mat whose grips could adhere to the sides of the tub instead of the foor. GREAT PRODUCT! GREAT SALES PERSON. Not his fault but a little short sided on the manufacturer. Use it with caution stepping in and out of tub.
