The first one was very delayed and did not come so the seller sent another one. It did not fit my vitamix so I sent back with tracking no and requested a refund. They said they could not do until the other one came back. I sent the other one back per tracking they received. I said I wanted a refund. They have not given me a refund even though they got both of the same items back.
