More than a bag, it's known in the trade as a 'poly mailer' whose toughness is demo'd for packaging sales filled w/heavy concrete rubble + glass shards. Shipping weight is critical & they've always worked perfectly to squeak solo quantities of this product in at just within the ideal USPS rate class to pull off the offered price. Yours was a double though so we actually had some room to add extra packaging & still be under the next weight tier: force of experience & habit.
