    Brush up on your shaving with a quality soap that may very well be the best out there!

    I've used other shaving soaps, some good, some not worth the money spent. But this shaving soap from Van Der Hagen has never disappointed. The only reason I've ever strayed from it was it became nearly impossible to find locally. For me, it's the best you can get. Pair it with a nice mug, brush, vintage DE safety razor and quality blades, and you've got a winning combination. This 3 pack assures that you should have plenty of time to order again before things get desperate and reach for a can of foam.

    Nice but needs work...

    You hear the name and expect something. I was and am dispointed. This is a tallow based soap, as such don’t expect seious lather. The bubbles are bug but small and tight to make a serious lather. The scent is mild and clean, think Ivory soap. It does okay to provide some slickness between your face and the blade. The foam begins to fade even as you begin your first pass. If you do a second, third or a fourth pass, expect to re-work the soap in your mug in order to lather up for each pass. Believe it or not, Arko does a better job IMO. Good value, not really a soap in my rotation. It wants to be and can be so much better.

    This shaving creme is by far the best I've used And, this 3.5 ounce size fits my Old Spice shaving mug Perfectly!! They got together like hot apple pie and milk. Gives a smooth, close, shave every time especially if you're using a Badger Hair Brush!!! Try it, you'll like it!
