In fact this lamp is an upgrade from the original lamp because it has white retroreflector built, the cord is slightly longer, and the cord can be removed easily. The original KBO front lamp has a hardwired cord that is too short to ever be repaired if there is damage. If you have a KBO eBike your should buy this lamp and swap it out to improve your bike.
