    The shopping experience was pleasant and the seller very responsive. The item arrived promptly and in great condition. The seller did a great job of packaging as the item was well protected for shipping. I have absolutely no issue with the seller. The problem is the item itself. There is nothing broken. Nothing discolored. Nothing missing. The build quality is lacking. The parts are loosely fitted and don't hold together very well. The plastics used feels brittle and fragile.
