I sent a picture as requested but had a tool and other part I already owned in the picture. They then questioned it as if I was lying. There is no attempt to correct the obviously understandable error. Definitely would not recommend doing business with them. I definitely won't do business with them again.

Took some troubleshooting to figure out the issue but in general it's a reasonably good upper for the price

I don’t know but I went to my mailbox.
