But the seller contacted me personally and stayed in contact until the unit was delivered. Excavator looks the part, runs well but has the (Expected) fit and finish issues, loose or cross threaded fittings, hanging unsecured wires, cracking paint over bondo on the cab doors and panels ? But this isn't a 30,000 machine and with some TLC Should perform for years

Had electrical issue with lights, fan, windshield wiper when unit arrived, but customer service did great job helping me resolve issue, which was loose wire. Like other reviewers, customer service has been great and one of main reasons i chose the unit i did. I also like the fact that the engine is Briggs n Stratton, which i can have worked on anywhere should i have a problem.
