I bought a PS5 power supply that was described as new, when I received the vent holes were full of dirt and it had cockroach feces on it. I reached out to the seller and he responded with a NASTY attitude. I sent him pictures and he told me "your brain is full of cockroach feces." I returned this item and ebay approved the return due to the item being not as described. I tried to cancel the order before it was even shipped and they said it was not their problem / job then started going on ending with :“ youre lower than pond bacteria.” Honestly wouldnt recommend doing business with them. They take money and basically tell you to F-off. I can’t make this a negative review. You then sent a message cussing out my staff and telling them to f off.
