The vita I got is in a nearly mint condition with the only exception being a slight yellow tint at the top which is barely visible (but I was aware of it thanks to the pictures the seller sent before shipping, so I had my chance to cancel the order). Clean, no scratches on the screen and some minor scratches on the back. All controls are working perfectly fine, battery is like a fresh new with 100% SoH.

The price I paid was considerably less than Switch Lites in my country and works flawlessly. Packaging was nice and secure and the seller added extra padding. And the shipping - it arrived within 10 days all the was from Japan to Bosnia and Herzegovina, for no shipping cost. Might be the best console seller on eBay, will definitely buy more.
