I contacted the supplier and over the course of the past month they responded asking me to return everything after I had already paid to have the suspension installed. Fed ex would not release package without sellers permission at fed ex drop location because my license didn’t match auto repair shop. Luckily enough the shop’s owner drove the 40mins to pick up. If you can see pictures, the mount that is long and has 4 studs is the one required.
