    We agreed on a price then, after I completed checkout, he called me up and demanded to re-complete checkout for goods & services instead or he would cancel the sale because eBay “dings” him hard with fees. I refused and he cancelled the order (saying that I wished to cancel, which is untrue). I will never attempt to do business with this person again and would advise everyone else to do the same (even though his feedback is 100%).
