    We bought two plates to augment our set. When first delivered, it appeared to be very well wrapped with bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. When we unwrapped the package, one of the plates was broken. Upon notifying the seller, there was no delay in sending out a replacement which arrived fine. The breakage appears to us to be harsh handling by the shipping company as the original wrapping was very good. I would recommend this seller without reservation.
