He offered to refund my money and trusted me to pay him if and when the nuts were delivered. It took 41 days! The US Post Office is officially a disaster - we've had multiple issues, some very serious, with important items arriving very late or not at all. At least this wasn't a critical delivery. The nuts are excellent, just as described.
