    Bicep curl bench

    Good product for the price! I do wish the seat and elbow rest had heavier plywood, just seems a little thin. Other than that, for the price it seems to be a good bench.

    It's tiny....

    Can't really recommend it although it will get the job done. This thing is very little, seat is only 18" off the ground. It does wobble pretty bad so you will need to be careful getting set unless you have a spotter. Female friend called it "cute"! Your legs will probably be used for balance instead of leverage. But it's basically the only curl bench out there. Curl pad is JUST wide enough. Does hold e-z curl and super e-z bars.

    The bench itself is good and I'm sure it's ok for the average guy,but the arm rest part is junk. The arm piece was cracking the wood underneath with the first use - I have to take in into my shop and put a steel plate behind, so it has more strength and support - should use better wood that's all !!

    Weak.

    Barely holds a grown adult male, unstable, and all the bolt heads are different sizes. However it does hold a curl bar well, but I don't think it will last very long when I start using it in my workout sessions. It's a classic example of you get what you pay for.

    Surpassed my expectations

    Honestly, I thought I was going to wind up returning it. I mean really, How good could it be for $56.00. Well, I was wrong. In fact, I use that preacher curl bench 2 times a week with 2 other guys and it hasn't failed me yet. Very impressed. I highly recommend it for home gym use.
