Was delivered to my home in 7 days. 2. trucker was very kind and helpful. 3. had an oil leak problem but communication with seller was fast and positive. 4. parts to fix leak were quickly sent along with video from engineer. 5. I ordered a 4 in 1 bucket along with the original bucket, but it was out of stock, and they said it would be shipped as soon as the next container arrived. It was shipped and I received it as promised. 6. I found the company to be a honest trustworthy company .
