    The furby I purchased was listed as new and when I asked the seller about its beak condition (because it was tilted and hidden behind the box), they even replied that it was in good condition because it was new. However, the product I received was obviously used. The box looked like it was sealed but spoon and instruction were missing. Also, the bottom of furby's feet was dirty and the stomach sensor was not working well. I contacted the seller 8 days ago but no reply at all :( Well packed.
