Yes the battery appears a little used, but at least it isn't at "Replace battery now" condition and is able to charge 100%. Other than a little blemish on one corner, there was nothing wrong with the computer. And that blemish is only noticeable if you really try to look for it. Even the rubber feat are in great condition, and so are the keys. Even the packing was stellar

Actually, it is nearly flawless. No visible marks on the outer aluminum surface, on the screen, or on the keyboard/trackpad area of the inside. I paid a bit more due to the piece of mind and value of an included 1-year warranty and full refurbishment. The battery has only ~ 280 recharge cycles and is in normal condition. So good

It is practically new except for some scuffs on the outer shell, but I'm not concerned with that at all. I was VERY impressed with the protective wrapping they used in the shipping box. There was no way the computer was getting damaged in transit with that kind of protective wrapping.
