Buyer has to follow up. Opting to keep the unit received as none of the back and forth is worth the hassle. Caveat emptor when it comes to this seller. USPS wrapped the damage box with clear plastic wrap with a apology note attached which caused delay in receiving product. Thankfully the Motor Head was not damage. I would recommend UPS or FEDEX over USPS when it comes to shipping packages.
