So, this time I was ready to put it in the recycling bin at Best Buy. But my husband found this "Precision Service" battery replacement. He sent it on Feb. 21st and we received it back on March 2nd. After the initial repair, the battery was a little loose and I had to firmly squeeze it when using it. Now works GREAT and I just have to squeeze it a little when doing my upper lip. I'M VERY HAPPY!!
