The shipping was slow, it took about 5 days to receive the keys. It wasn't a big deal since the cabinet wasn't locked shut, I just think 5 days is long for shipping these days but that's not the seller's fault. The price was competitive and fair, I just think the general price for a tool box key has gotten out of hand I would use this seller again.

Keys ordered Thursday with estimated delivery date of Saturday - Monday. Keys mailed on Thursday and delivered Saturday. I could not open the lock with the new keys and thought that something was wrong with the lock or keys. Contacted The Key Supply who suggested a little WD40 on the lock. Both keys work perfectly.
