Not exactly identical to actual 'measured' custom orthotic inserts but, close enough to work fairly well. Seem Well made & no doubt will LAST LONGER than the way overpriced, more flimsy, recent custom versions, used & made by Roadrunner Sports chain, i had to stop using after 8 mos!!!! Bought two sets so that my two most used jogging shoes will have their own set
