The ONLY complaint I had was by the time I had gotten the package, it had slipped out of the protective layer it was shipped in and the brick was rattling in the box. Plugged it up and my 360 ran for the first time in a decade, so I’ll give it a 9/10. The only real issue is shipping care, just a layer of bubble wrap to stop the rattling would’ve made it a 10. Either way, highly recommend. (:
