      You have to leave the pocket the hood is...

      You have to leave the pocket the hood is supposed to be in open if you want to use the strap to wrap it up. The hood comes out and is exposed to the floor of the car and other contaminants you don't want to put yout head in. Why didn't you have rge strap sewn outside of the pocket?
