Communication needs improvement as it took 6 weeks to receive and very little communication as to what was going on. I had to add fuel to get it off the truck. I changed out the grease fittings for easy greasing. I am in the process of adding a hydraulic filter and changing out all the fluids. It arrived with 2 hours on it and have 7 hours on it now. I did get 2 ignition keys, but only one for the engine compartment and one for the fuel tank. I wish they had sent me 2 complete sets as the two missing are so unique I will never find replacements for them. I was surprised by the driver charging me an additional $50 to drive the excavator off the truck. What if I didn't have the cash? I will note I was a little apprehensive when the item was listed as delivered and there was no delivery but a few days later all the items I ordered did show up. Having used all the attachments and the tractor I can say that I am satisfied with what I observed and I would absolutely recommend.
