    Initially, the seller's communication was good, and we negotiated a deal for this item, another one he listed, and a few small pieces that were not listed. This item and the small pieces were received, packed well. Some of its wires were cut, and all meter lamps were burned out, but no major issues. However, the other major item was never received. Seller did not provide a tracking number after repeated inquires, and stopped responding to messages. eBay had to step in.
