It's mounted in a very well covered area, and will be removed when the weather turns to winter, but it'll be safe from rain and other moisture as it's well protected. I am not sure how I like the separate volume control for each pair of speakers as I'm running all 4 in the same area, but it is important to note that my 12 ga speaker wire was almost too big for the speaker connections.
