The system was spotless inside. They took the time & care to meticulously clean! Wired perfectly. The 1-Year Warranty gives assurance! I do web design and nothing has bottle-necked. I'm looking to purchase another system from them as well - You should have NO WORRIES from this seller & staff. Totally professional! Oh - Excellent Packing! TY Guys!

The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
