    Very disappointment with this seller. Ordered a 10ft animatronic nutcracker, paying more than $180 for it plus $36 shipping fees. When I saw the box I knew it was wrong as the box was only slightly larger than my hand. Opened it up and it’s not even close to being what I ordered. I ordered a 10 ft animated nutcracker, I was sent a 4 ft tall non-moving smiley face. Again disappointed doesn’t begin to express the feeling here. Hoping the seller makes it right, will update if they do
