I ordered 2 of these , but when I received the package it was open, the packaging was damaged and 1 item was missing. No fault of the vendor. They had excellent customer service and gave me a refund for the one item and half of the shipping cost.

This is no fault of the vendor, but the carriers need to take more care. The packaging always arrives wet and mostly destroyed. We feel very lucky that all of the contents/pieces were included.
