      The new part fit very well. And the price was the best in Midwest or east coast for that matter that I could find. I also recommend the hose assy as well to make the installation very very easy.

      09 Silverado P00449

      Most affordable replacement I found for the vapor solenoid. Direct replacement and looks identical to OE. Is install that took about 20 minutes. To salvage the existing hoses cut them off as close to original solenoid as possible and use 5/8 hose about 4" long and clamps to attach old hose to new solenoid

      Seemed good but didn't last

      It was the right part for my truck. However, several weeks after I installed it , the "check engine" light came back on, with the same codes. Not sure if this part is bad, or if it might be something else.
